Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received them
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@enusual.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
